I have made some much-needed cuts in my life. It has been quite a while and I am finally ready to make a commitment to come back in full force. If anything this is a testament to how far I have come and how much things continue to change, and really and truly GET BETTER.
It has been 5 months to this day that I quit drinking. Going on two months vegan… and T-minus 10 hours until I am in my own apartment, in new york city!! I am in a place right now that I would never thought I would be. It’s pretty thrilling. I can honestly say I have never been happier.
Cutting things out of your life can make room for better things to come. Be spontaneous, take control, force changes in your life instead of waiting for them to happen. Try something that scares you or gives you discomfort. Make a decision to change something about your normal routine or lifestyle that is holding you back or repeatedly giving you the same end result. Cut out something that you love but isn’t necessarily the best for you. Welcome change and it will give you so much in return…
